She tried her best and solved my POS’s tech problem with a great cooperation. Also she was patiently guided me to repair the internet error in my POS system. GBI had bad feelings about the company… I had bad feelings about the company until I met Roberto Del Prete , he needs to become the CEO , guy goes above and beyond. He made me ensure with NRS I was in safe hands and their call centers sometimes not the best place but dealing with Robert has made my negative experience into a very positive one . I have multiple locations with him currently .
