Amazing service Every single time I have purchased it has always been such a lovely experience. The snacks are amazing and so is how well they are packaged. I always love the extras and the stickers make me happy. Super sweet customer service as well. 10/10!

The items are nice but may not arrive. The items are nice and the customer service is good, but many of the items on their website are not accurate on the stock. On both purchases I've made recently I've had things not arrive because they're "out of stock" but are still listed as in stock on the website, even after they've canceled the orders. They do always refund the missing items but it's a little off-putting to know that you're taking a gamble when ordering.

Over all good experience I really enjoyed most of the snacks in my 10lb mystery box. My only real complaint is that there was a lot of mochi. Im not a huge fan and there was like 5 boxes of mochi. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. The separate drinks and jelly i order were great. Really enjoyed them.
