BTS merch Ordered earrings and a BTS ring, had ordered a Jimin ring before but when received it was too small, customer service took size of Jimin ring and sent my BTS one slightly bigger n it fits perfectly on my finger. Can't fault delivery time and anytime there has been a issue customer service couldn't be anymore helpful. Fab site to use

Great BTS Merch I received all my orders ( Butter mug and hoodies) within the time frame mentioned. They were well made ( design and print ). The hoodie material was good, not flimsy. Ordering is very easy and they send updates which for me says a lot about their customer service.

Fantastic value for money and the… Fantastic value for money and the sizing is perfect, I'm a UK size 18 so I ordered a size xl and it fits lovely with enough room to spare and it packed very well. It looks and feels lovely and the company has been brilliant from the moment I bought my item I'v been kept upto date with where my parcel is. I will be definitely buy from the company again and can't recommend them highly enough.
