Worst customer service ever. Never received what I ordered I'm still waiting for my order, contacted them 3 times and got no reply back in regards to what's going on with my order.

Bought the watch They offer a great, nice, fast & very responsive customer service. I bought the "stay gold" watch and I am pleased with it. I contacted them about shipping services and they dealt with my resquest very professionally and offered to deal with customs fees if there were any. Overall, great experience and unique products!

Excellent 5* This my 2 x order with extra discount included. The item arrived a d even though I had to sort of guess the size, it was a perfect one, big and baggy very long, which I love. Great BTS Merch I received all my orders ( Butter mug and hoodies) within the time frame mentioned. They were well made ( design and print ). The hoodie material was good, not flimsy. Ordering is very easy and they send updates which for me says a lot about their customer service.

I can’t believe how quickly… I can’t believe how beautiful quickly my order arrived. I ordered a hoodie on the 8th of December, a little skeptical because I had never ordered from them before.
