Very unreliable merchant No update from the merchant regarding change in shipping method. Overcharged. Had to follow-up multiple times to get reimbursement. Originally promised delivery by 29th March 2024 but not yet delivered (2nd April). Very unreliable This edit is after the merchant replied to my comment since i cannot post further reply. With their response, it is even more evident how unreliable they are. They are just not willing to understand the point i am making. I made a point that the merchant never reached out to me that they are going to use alternate shipping. I had to do multiple followups over call and whatsapp to get the tracking number and get money back (due to cheaper mode of transport). And they were always in that "don't care" attitude. This edit is after getting the shipment. I got my delivery on 6th April(instead of originally promised 29th March). I ordered 3 kg of basmati and 3 kg of hand pound rice. When the shipment arrived, to my astonishment both the rice were mixed together. The packaging was not done right, and during shipment it seems like both rice packaging got damaged and both kind of rice got mixed. Now we have to separate the rice grain by grain. This shows the callous attitude of the seller towards shipment.
