Reliably Affordable The prices were reasonable and very competitive and the cost for shipping was not excessive. I didn't feel, as a home cook, that I was being gouged or even slightly taken advantage of. Unfortunately, too many suppliers take advantage of consumers with small orders. On top of that the order was assembled, shipped, and arrived much sooner than I initially expected.

The response of customer service was… The response of customer service was top notch. Helped me right away with what I needed. On top of that they took great care to make sure everything was packaged extra safely so nothing broke or busted in route. My only wish is that they weren't all the way across the country so shipping was a little cheaper.

Terrific service and products! I recently purchased a variety of chocolate (Callebaut). The products were reasonably priced and were shipped to me very quickly without any melting or damage. I would shop here more if their prices were as fair as where I normally do shop, but seeing as how they had coupons, I definitely took advantage.
