We love their tea Their tea is great quality and we drink it daily. I buy Assam, Scottish caramel pu-erh and apple spice. I like getting English chocolate from them too. We had a problem with one of the candy items recently and they fixed it. Good customer service is often rare, so it’s nice to find a site where I can shop hassle free and get good quality items.

I love this tea I love this tea, but worried when its delivery was delayed, spent 10 days wondering, ah UPS not USPS, ok! Got it, love it thank you. But worried about climate change, end of tea production, may we do better as greedy uncaring human beings.

The tea arrived quickly and in perfect… The tea arrived quickly and in perfect shape. The tea, however, was the worst tea I’ve ever tasted and it smelled absolutely horrible. I initially bought the tea because it was recommended by a friend. Never again.

Unique teas to try! I ordered some sample packs of teas I had never tried and that were unique to the English Tea Store. This was great to be able to try something completely new! Service was excellent and prices were very reasonable.
