A diabetics dream First of all my order was sent to me very quickly. Kinda miss the ribbon tie on each bag. BUT as diabetic these cookies are a game changer. Most low glycemic products are filled with sugar alcohols which isn’t great. I hope to some day buy your product to bake on my own! Thanks again for a high quality product!

Love those chocolate bars! I thought that I had sent on a review, I am really in love with the chocolate bars. I can eat a half of a bar and not have many calories, because I love chocolate. I was not too impressed with the cookies, they were okay but won't buy again. But, I have already ordered more chocolate bars.

Pretty close approximation I love the plant-based ethos here; the product (vegan shortbread) was pretty tasty, but not a perfect replacement for the butter-based--mainly a function of the texture. Still, delicious on its own terms.
