Pretty close approximation I love the plant-based ethos here; the product (vegan shortbread) was pretty tasty, but not a perfect replacement for the butter-based--mainly a function of the texture. Still, delicious on its own terms.

Five stars for helpful communication I wrote my first review & gave the company only one star, as I still had not received my order and thought it way too early for a review. However, I have since heard from the company several times. They listened to my criticisms and have already corrected the email and website issues. I am impressed and appreciative. I still don’t t have the products but they will be arriving in a day or too. And I’ll be happy to review them after I taste them! My interactions with Supplant so far have been very satisfactory and I look forward to the products. As an aside, it has been very gratifying to correspond with an actual human who responded to me so promptly. Five stars.
