Brilliant customer service and quick delivery This company are excellent. They dispatched both my orders within 2 hours of them being placed and I had free next day courier delivery as each order was over £30. Both contained fragile items and they arrived perfectly, even some delicate pasta which had travelled 60 miles but was still in one piece! Their customer service is excellent, I was searching for a very specific item and they soured it for me and added it to the website so I could purchase it. I am really impressed and will certainly be ordering from them again. Thank you for the excellent experience.

This arrived broken This arrived broken. The lip of the pottery was smashed off. No point spending so much money on a lovely container if it arrives damaged. No response to my email when I contacted the company with the photo of the damage. Disappointing.
