I've been struggling since yesterday to… I've been struggling since yesterday to contact EDreams for my pending reservation. I spent almost USD100 for overseas calls (botth to Miami and UK phones of EDreams) - made numerous chats/complaints, but; it was only Muskan from Messenger - who was able to assists and solve my problem.

I still didn't have any contact from customer service so wasn't aware what was happening but was treated very well by the company when they replaced an item they sent in error. Thank you.
