I've been struggling since yesterday to… I've been struggling since yesterday to contact EDreams for my pending reservation. I spent almost USD100 for overseas calls (botth to Miami and UK phones of EDreams) - made numerous chats/complaints, but; it was only Muskan from Messenger - who was able to assists and solve my problem.

Flawless from order to delivery! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Top-quality Italian food little of which it is possible to find in the UK at a very reasonable price delivered promptly and very well wrapped. Trustworthy and very responsive company/service. I rate them very high!

This arrived broken This arrived broken. The lip of the pottery was smashed off. No point spending so much money on a lovely container if it arrives damaged. No response to my email when I contacted the company with the photo of the damage. Disappointing.

Fantastic produce and great service Fantastic produce and great service. Able to get really authentic delightful Italian food which is difficult to find. Really lovely products and great gift ideas. Have bought various items, but bought the food hamper for Christmas which was simply fantastic. Could not recommend more
