I still didn't have any contact from customer service so wasn't aware what was happening but was treated very well by the company when they replaced an item they sent in error. Thank you. GBThis arrived broken This arrived broken. The lip of the pottery was smashed off. No point spending so much money on a lovely container if it arrives damaged. No response to my email when I contacted the company with the photo of the damage. Disappointing.
