You paid off your funding early last time so you're good to go! So I finally say "alright let's do it". 2 hours later they say "nope you can't get any funding the funding department says you don't qualify" SERIOUSLY? ARE YOU JUST SCREWING WITH ME? IF YOU CANT FUND ME WHEN I NEED IT THEN STOP EMAILING ME AND MESSAGING ME SAYING I CAN GET FUNDING.
