KitchenAid killer I cook every day, I earn a good amount of money and my kitchen is equipped with the best appliances. Needless to say I had. KitchenAid 6qt mixer. Kneading bread smoked it and I purchased the same mixer again. This time trying to knead only for short periods of time to help myself. Eventually kneading breads and pizzas made it burn out again. So two mixer in 3 years. Great. I was thinking of getting a professional mixer for a restaurant but they are too bulky and ugly. Eventually I found out about hauswirt. I figured it’s a Chinese company so I was a bit reluctant but at such a low price I had nothing to lose. Well what a pleasant surprise. I’ve mixed dozens and dozens of breads, burger buns, arabic pitas and pizzas in it already and it performs so well. I remember my kitchen aid choking when having to knead pizza dough. Same recipe now and the Hauswirt doesn’t even sweat. It works sooooooo much better. My only complaint would be it’s plastic body. It just looks a little cheap. But I love it and use it all the time. Even earlier today.

Not worth the money Great machine to begin with. But after approximately 3 weeks, it began to malfunction. I cleaned it religiously everyday - still, no matter what I did, it barely produced any coffee.
