was ordered cake to my sister birthday… was ordered cake to my sister birthday party on 3 rd march 2024. At the same day within 1 hour I got a email that they were not able to deliver service on my sister address due to service is shortlisted. Within 5 to 7 working days you will get the amount return but till now they are not refund my payment and there is no contact number. Lots of time I am sending mails about my payment but they didn't not respond. Pls I beg to everyone don't order anything in kinkin is totally fraud company

Cake and flowers were good quality...Happy customer...was unsure before reading some reviews but now will definitely suggest to order from here. HAPPY CUSTOMER....

Worst site to book anything I had ordered a cake for anniversary on 7th of Feb to delivery it on next day i.e., on 8th of Feb. Cake is not yet delivered for last two days. Their is no customer contact number to co-ordinate, such a worst site to book anything. If its possible to rate as 0 or in -10 will rate -10 for their irresponsible work. After continues mail follow up not a single reply from them.
