Doola makes it easy to form a company, but service is lacking Doola made it easy for me to form my company, but it's very clearly still a startup that has not figured out how to serve their customers properly with clear and streamlined service. Customer support is prompt, but often misses the point. The dashboard is attractive at a glance, but is confusing and difficult to navigate. I'm getting constant reminders to take action that I have already taken, conflicting messages from the dashboard, and confusing information all around. I would recommend Doola for setting up a company, but once that is done it would be wise to use other providers for tax filings and state compliance.

Phenomenally simple UX from beginning… Phenomenally simple UX from beginning to end. It almost felt TOO easy forming my LLC. Doola provides very very clear instructions at each step which gives you a sense of security during the intimidating process of company formation.
