GBImpressive Platform and Service I really like the platform and how organized the service is so far. I was impressed with the level of thoughtful care given to the onboarding process. It was a bit of an investment, but believe it’s up to me to make sure the ROI works out.

GBI think there could be a more succinct… I think there could be a more succinct overview - the onboarding specialist was great however it was very scripted - it felt more like reading a script and therefore answers to questions were not new information or information worded in a new way - but repeating the same script. Please note Julienne was great my suggestions is minute in that I often am a trainer - thank you!
