GBGreat customer service response I accidentally purchased 6 bottles of wine as opposed to the 1 I wanted to complete my locker (I absolutely love the locker feature!) and I was refunded for the 5. I was so appreciative of this gesture!! The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the tax amount wasn’t refunded but I was so happy to receive the refund for the 5 bottles, I wasn’t going to say anything!

GBHave wine in cart which I can’t seem to… Have wine in cart which I can’t seem to purchase. Brought problem to website administrator’s attention on a couple of occasions. Customer service is web only; no phone number to call for assistance a BIG flaw. Shame as they have some pretty good deals. I’ll just have to take my business to WTSO or Big Hammer then….

GBSolid discounts, good selections! I have been doing business with WineSpies for many years. I always check their discounted price vs current market. Over 80% of the time their prices are really good. Being able to build a full case in the locker before shipping is a fantastic option. Their wine selections are usually VERY good.

GBEnjoying our membership I've been a member for a number of years. It's a great way to find new wines to sample. We belong to a few clubs and Wine Spies pushes us to try other vineyards. The reviews are very extensive and thorough, so it's easy to find bottles that will suit our preferences. And I love the locker system!! I can put one or two bottles in my locker at a time, then have it sent later for a box of 12 surprises!
