An excellent company I have total confidence when I order wine from Splash that my order will be perfect. If I have any questions, the customer service representatives are knowledgeable and very efficient in having my questions answered. The company prides itself in excellence. It should!

Great customer service with a nice variety of wines! I originally ordered the wine through Groupon but couldn’t figure out how to complete the order with the coupon. I called Splash wine and the girl was so helpful. When I received my box I was missing a bottle so they gave me a refund for that bottle. Everyone I spoke with has been very helpful and pleasant.

Missing shipment When I called to report my order missing, I was questioned about my efforts to locate the shipment. The person treated me like I was a child and that I did not already take steps to locate a missing shipment. It did turn out that my shipment was not delivered to my address, but delivered to another location. It was delivered 2 days later, re taped and a new label.

A loyal customer 🍷😀🍷 I've bought about 200 bottles since August of 2022, and have enjoyed most of them immensely. I was however disappointed with the Iaconis pinot noir. That won't stop me from ordering in the future. Splash offers a wide variety of wines at very reasonable prices and the free shipping is a bonus. Keep up the good work.
