USLoved the wine- Customer service not so much:) Loved the wine. Customer service was not there. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails and the store itself was curt on the phone and just said they are busy. Hmm….. not appropriate way to deliver customer service. If you are short staffed- fix it. Customer service brings loyalty. Lack of it does the opposite.

USI stated on my purchase order NOT TO… I stated on my purchase order NOT TO DELIVER BEFORE MAY 7 2024 because until then I am still in Florida. You sent the package's already when no one was there!!!!!!!!!

USHorrible Horrible, had on attempt for delivery which I was home for but thier no name gls shipping company walked up, on camera, rang my bell, and literally walked back to his car. I then tried calling these people and no answer, left multiple messages with ZERO response, my package was never sent out again. Still out 40 bucks. Filed a fraud claim with my bank.

USSome of the wines I ordered were on… Some of the wines I ordered were on back ordered but when I told them I needed some of the wine for an event in a few days they made sure it was delivered on time
