2010 Barbaresco I ordered the 2010 Barbaresco. My cart said ‘Barbaresco’, the three emails regarding delivery updates said Barbaresco, BUT, what was actually delivered was a Barolo. I specifically ordered the Barbaresco to replace a bottle in my brother’s wine cellar. He and I had discussed this purchase of Barbaresco, and then when he got the Barolo he was 1. disappointed in me 2. dissatisfied with the delivery Score 1 star for Estate Wine Brokers Very dissatisfied, would not recommend this wine broker. However, after I contacted EWB to complain and told them how my experience with them was below standard, they did offer to try and fix it. However my brother rejected their offer as unreasonable. He did not want a stranger stopping by his home. That said I raise my rating of EWB to 3 stars. They offered one solution and it was not enough.

Personal attention Had problems placing an out-of-state order so I left a message requesting assistance. Response came very quickly and changes were made allowing me to place my order. The wine arrived well packaged and was exactly what I had ordered. THANK YOU!

2 weeks past due and still not delivered!!!!! Delivery was scheduled for 12/20/2022. Today is 1/2/2023 and the wine still hasn't been delivered!! Don't use FedEx as an excuse; you should have taken everything into account before shipping my wine. How will the extraordinary handling and uncertain storage affect the wine? We'll soon see, but I din't pay $605.64 for this. I won't be ordering from Estate Wine Brokers in the future.

Everything as described Everything as described, very prompt delivery. A tiny comment - the lighting for your photo was a little bright, so the 71 Climens looked a little yellower and lighter than I would have expected from a Sauternes of that age, even a Barsac. however, when I received it, the color was proper for its age. Last time I had this wine was 30 years ago, although I have had 2 magnums of Yquem from 1971 since that date, so am excited.
