GBGreat customer service, easy opt in and out I had a fantastic experience with NakedWines for the 2 years we were members. If there was ever a shipping issue, their customer service was always exceptional. We are in our mid 30's and enjoy wine but aren't the most sophisticated of wine consumers. We tried a lot of wines and enjoyed almost all of them. Our friends thought the same. Cost was reasonable, and the only reason we canceled was because we recently chose to stop drinking. I was especially impressed with how easy the online cancelation was, and they refunded our balance immediately. Can't think of an easier company to work with, totally recommend them.

GBI like the wines & convenience of… I like the wines & convenience of ordering but do not like the requirement to be an angel & have my credit card regualrly charged as I am not a daily wine drinker. I like the variety of the wines & your taking the choosing out for me!
