Great service! I have been very impressed! Deliveries are timely and hassle free! When there was a question about my order I received a phonecall and we worked out the issue together with amazing personal attention... and then an after hours delivery by the local shop owner. Do not hesitate to use this service!! It's a Godsend for those last minute gifts!!

Mostly reliable, but good customer service even when they're not I've used BoozeCarriage several times now, and had flawless service all but once. Most of my orders were delivered in about a half an hour, and were always correct. One time I did have an issue, with an order not being delivered within the one hour specified. I emailed support, and the order showed up about 20 minutes later. So, all-in-all, I think they're doing pretty well, and will definitely continue to use their service.

Most convenient service ever! I looooove Booze Carriage! They partner with tons of liquor stores and their selection is great. Their customer service is even better. Deliveries are always on time and the prices really are competitive.

Convenient and efficient service! I love Boozecarriage! It's great for when you realize last-minute that you need more booze and it's late at night or there's nowhere close to you that sells alcohol. they're also very responsive and if they don't have a certain item they will call to discuss alternatives with you. Also, they're efficient and quick with their delivery, and they're always courteous. Have used them for a few times now and have never been disappointed! Will continue to use them and highly recommend!

Above my expectations I just sent a bottle of champagne to a friend via Boozecarriage. They were out of the specific brand that I had purchased, but I was called, by a very pleasant clerk, within a few minutes of the order, given a different brand of champagne that was just a little higher quality than the one I had originally purchased, and it was at her place in 30 minutes! I can't wait to use Boozecarriage again... maybe tonight?
