Everything was great except shipping Company was great, communication excellent, they even followed up to see that I got the wine. Unfortunately, FedEx ground made receipt a huge hassle. I received multiple delivery notifications, and then the package wasn't delivered on that day. I put a pick-up hold on the package, and it wasn't available for pick-up when they said it would be. The only way I would order from this company again is if they switched delivery to UPS (or something more reliable than FedEx).

Excellent service - First Purchase Excellent service. Prompt and personal response from Jim. Highly recommend and I will order again. Everything in my first order went well except I would recommend not to use UPS shipping. UPS left the fine wines at front door without asking signature.

The worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.
