BRThe worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.

GBA great source of hard to fine wines at realistic prices backed by excellent advice. I look forward to Fine Wine Collector's weekly emails showing me what is new in their inventory and have used them to build out my collection from California and France. Fine Wine Collector has an ample array of hard to find wines that are in great condition and offered at fair prices. I have never had a bad bottle from them and Edward stands behind everything he sells. I would recommend Fine Wine Collector to anybody interested in the best wines from around the world.

GBThe best. There's no more to say... I first 'met' Edward looking for the best price for my favorite wine (Merus - read: Mark Herold). To my surprise, I found not only a fount of wines, but also of knowledge about them. And 'a quite pleasant chap with whom to mull it over'. Over more than a decade (how time flies when you're having fun), we've become more than sales staff and customer. Often, we chat more than sell and buy wines. Edward knows my tastes (big Cabernets), and has several times given me the gift of suggesting wines about which I knew nothing, but absolutely knocked my socks off! I recommend his services and friendship without reservation. Call him. I'm certain that you'll find the same kind, gentle, and knowledgeable fellow wine lover that I did.

GBEverything was great except shipping Company was great, communication excellent, they even followed up to see that I got the wine. Unfortunately, FedEx ground made receipt a huge hassle. I received multiple delivery notifications, and then the package wasn't delivered on that day. I put a pick-up hold on the package, and it wasn't available for pick-up when they said it would be. The only way I would order from this company again is if they switched delivery to UPS (or something more reliable than FedEx).
