GBFine Wine Service I didn’t think an online store could match the personal service I enjoy at my local, independent wine shops. However, Jim at Fine Wine Collector proved me wrong. In summary, Jim takes a genuine interest in his customers and does everything he can to provide them an exceptional experience. He called me promptly on the morning after I submitted my online order. He wanted to make sure that the “nice bottle of wine” I purchased would be received safely. Additionally, he took the time to learn about my wine preferences. During our conversation he offered to forward a preview list of a collection he had just acquired. It was right up my alley and it took all the will power I had not to empty my wallet. Overall, one of the best experiences I had buying a special bottle of vino. I will work with them again. I

GBfirst class handling and customer service of first growth wine ordered a 88 latour last week for a first growth wine tasting on friday in Fort Lauderdale. amongst a lineup of 88 HB, 86 Margaux, 96 Mouton, 98 Margaux and 01 HB, the Latour was a clear winner. the folks at finewinecollector pristinely shipped the bottle directly to my hotel via 2 day fedex... the wine was simply stunning. had spoken to edward a couple times on the phone to ensure the bottle would be delivered properly and he took care of everything. would do business again with them in a heartbeat.

GBFabulous wine quality and service! Althoigh it's a little difficult to find the first time, you'll have no trouble going back for more. I love the weekly updates on new wines available! Edward is always knowledgeable and very pleasant. I highly suggest if you're looking fora little something special.

BRThe worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.
