Fine Wine Service I didn’t think an online store could match the personal service I enjoy at my local, independent wine shops. However, Jim at Fine Wine Collector proved me wrong. In summary, Jim takes a genuine interest in his customers and does everything he can to provide them an exceptional experience. He called me promptly on the morning after I submitted my online order. He wanted to make sure that the “nice bottle of wine” I purchased would be received safely. Additionally, he took the time to learn about my wine preferences.
