GBMy First Impression I was very impressed with my conversation and experience with my first purchase. A friend had had success buying from the sight and had found the bottles sound. Provenance is very important and Fine Wine Collector has a good record. I was very impressed with the knowledge about the wines during my phone conversation and the willingness to delay the shipment until an appropriate weather window. I look forward enjoying the wine when it arrives.

GBWhen they were located in San Jose When they were located in San Jose, Ca. I used to drop in to pick up few bottles and now that they are located in Southern California, I do not have luxury to do so. Would directly call Jim and ask for recommendation and does not disappoint. Prompt response and outstanding service beginning to the end. Highly recommend to others!

GBExcellent service - First Purchase Excellent service. Prompt and personal response from Jim. Highly recommend and I will order again. Everything in my first order went well except I would recommend not to use UPS shipping. UPS left the fine wines at front door without asking signature.

BRThe worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.

So far all of the wine he delivered has been spectacular. By the way, I am a lawyer, and have no problem griping and arguing about a myriad of things, so this is high praise indeed. wineguy58
