BRThe worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.

SKReal professionals The staff in this store seemed to me quite professional, because I'm fond drinking wine and I prefer various exotic combinations of tastes. Thus, it's quite hard for me to find the wine which will suit my preferences and I got used to dedicate lots of time to the search. Once I spent the whole day in search of the good store. However, after I visited this store, I understood that I would be a real regular here. Managers helped me a lot to choose the wine which I needed, they listened to me carefully in order to help me. They saw that I was exhausted and I'm grateful for them.

GBGreat price & communication Great price & communication. Owner called me to warn me about the warm weather that might affect the bottle during shipping time. We accelerated to next day shipping rather than 3 days. Will be returning for more soon!

GBWhen they were located in San Jose When they were located in San Jose, Ca. I used to drop in to pick up few bottles and now that they are located in Southern California, I do not have luxury to do so. Would directly call Jim and ask for recommendation and does not disappoint. Prompt response and outstanding service beginning to the end. Highly recommend to others!

GBEverything was great except shipping Company was great, communication excellent, they even followed up to see that I got the wine. Unfortunately, FedEx ground made receipt a huge hassle. I received multiple delivery notifications, and then the package wasn't delivered on that day. I put a pick-up hold on the package, and it wasn't available for pick-up when they said it would be. The only way I would order from this company again is if they switched delivery to UPS (or something more reliable than FedEx).
