The worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.

I was very impressed with the knowledge about the wines during my phone conversation and the willingness to delay the shipment until an appropriate weather window.
