Real professionals The staff in this store seemed to me quite professional, because I'm fond drinking wine and I prefer various exotic combinations of tastes. Thus, it's quite hard for me to find the wine which will suit my preferences and I got used to dedicate lots of time to the search. Once I spent the whole day in search of the good store. However, after I visited this store, I understood that I would be a real regular here. Managers helped me a lot to choose the wine which I needed, they listened to me carefully in order to help me. They saw that I was exhausted and I'm grateful for them.

Provenance is very important and Fine Wine Collector has a good record. I was very impressed with the knowledge about the wines during my phone conversation and the willingness to delay the shipment until an appropriate weather window.
