My First Impression I was very impressed with my conversation and experience with my first purchase. A friend had had success buying from the sight and had found the bottles sound. Provenance is very important and Fine Wine Collector has a good record. I was very impressed with the knowledge about the wines during my phone conversation and the willingness to delay the shipment until an appropriate weather window. Excellent service - First Purchase Excellent service. Prompt and personal response from Jim. Highly recommend and I will order again. Everything in my first order went well except I would recommend not to use UPS shipping. UPS left the fine wines at front door without asking signature.

The worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.
