GBWine arrived as promised Wine arrived as promised. I have a dog securely chained outside the garage who barks at everyone. Wine just left in the driveway on a relatively hot day. Delivery driver did not speak to me or request a signature.

GBSuperb wines and superb customerservice! I was able to purchase a case of our favorite Chianti Classico which was unavailable elsewhere. My initial order was an error as I purchased one bottle rather than one case. As soon as I noted my error, I emailed Wine Transit, then decided to call about 10 minutes later. I was promptly and gracefully helped; my order was corrected. By the time my telephone conversation was over, I had also received a response to my email. The customer service was fantastic.

GBExcellent Service I ordered a 2018 vintage; a 2019 vintage was sent by mistake. The problem was quickly addressed and resolved by Kevin in their customer service / shipping department. I’m very pleased with how Kevin resolved the problem. Excellent service! Thanks so much!!!

GBI had to reschedule delivery date… I had to reschedule delivery date because I had an appointment, UPS charged my $9.99 and after waiting in all day I didn’t get the delivery till the next day. I realize this is not your fault but they are the carrier you use. I probably should of just left the original date as it didn’t come for another two day and I wouldn’t of been charged.
