I’m sure my brother wanted the shipment to be a birthday surprise for me however, this company kept sending me information about the status of shipping. So much for a surprise birthday gift. USI was never notified that my order was… I was never notified that my order was ready. I had to stop into the store to check and see if it was there. The pick up was fine but notification would have been nice.
