Superb wines and superb customerservice! I was able to purchase a case of our favorite Chianti Classico which was unavailable elsewhere. My initial order was an error as I purchased one bottle rather than one case. As soon as I noted my error, I emailed Wine Transit, then decided to call about 10 minutes later. I was promptly and gracefully helped; my order was corrected. By the time my telephone conversation was over, I had also received a response to my email. The customer service was fantastic.

Wines are quite difficult to… Wines are quite difficult to differentiate and understand. But the people here are knowledgeable. Purchased some and it's quite nice. Excellent shipping and received it in one piece! Delivery time is timely.
