I placed my order and received an email that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the Orchard Park location of Prestige Wine & Spirits, a very nice gentleman brought my order out to my car for my curbside pick up. Extremely pleased with this whole experience. Wine Made Easy to the Rescue! I was looking for a special 2018 vintage and called Prestige Wine & Spirits. They were very helpful and had exactly what we needed, so I placed my order online. Our six bottles arrived in good time. They were securely packed. We now have them to enjoy with family and friends over this holiday season.

hot… I probably should’ve asked for a hot weather hold but I think that’s only partially my responsibility. And also you might’ve shipped in Styrofoam instead of cardboard. As it is my wine got to me at a fairly warm temperature. I’m just resting it and crossing my fingers that it wasn’t cooked.
