hot… I probably should’ve asked for a hot weather hold but I think that’s only partially my responsibility. And also you might’ve shipped in Styrofoam instead of cardboard. As it is my wine got to me at a fairly warm temperature. I’m just resting it and crossing my fingers that it wasn’t cooked.

Wine Made Easy to the Rescue! I was looking for a special 2018 vintage and called Prestige Wine & Spirits. They were very helpful and had exactly what we needed, so I placed my order online. Our six bottles arrived in good time. They were securely packed. We now have them to enjoy with family and friends over this holiday season.

Our package arrived safe and sound…does "sparkling" actually mean the flavor will be different? Our package arrived safe and sound (when it was promised) but I'm disappointed in the taste. I bought 6 bottles of Poggio Muscato and it tastes different than the other bottles I bought in the stores. I compared one bottle to the other and the only difference I can see is that this one says "sparkling" in smaller letters. The bottle we get from the store doesn't say that but it is sparkling?

It was so easy to "shop" your website… It was so easy to "shop" your website for the product I needed for my daughter's upcoming Bridal Shower. I placed my order and received an email that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the Orchard Park location of Prestige Wine & Spirits, a very nice gentleman brought my order out to my car for my curbside pick up. Extremely pleased with this whole experience. Great improvements… It seemed like there were improvements on the site's search options and I was able to find selections easier. I liked how quickly the order came and love the Styrofoam free packaging being used now. This last change was one of the reasons I resumed ordering online again--- I had stopped because I disliked the packaging. I'm very happy ordering our wines in this way
