Great improvements… It seemed like there were improvements on the site's search options and I was able to find selections easier. I liked how quickly the order came and love the Styrofoam free packaging being used now. This last change was one of the reasons I resumed ordering online again--- I had stopped because I disliked the packaging. I'm very happy ordering our wines in this way

It was so easy to "shop" your website… It was so easy to "shop" your website for the product I needed for my daughter's upcoming Bridal Shower. I placed my order and received an email that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the Orchard Park location of Prestige Wine & Spirits, a very nice gentleman brought my order out to my car for my curbside pick up. Extremely pleased with this whole experience. Perfect wine I love drinking alcohol and I can't see any reason to conceal this fact. People think that those who drink alcohol are bad people, however if you comply with measure, alcohol will never get you down actually. Of course, you're addicted, but you're able to control this addiction. Once I met this store in the internet and decided to look at the assortment. It seemed to pretty attrative and I ordered couple of bottle of wine. This wine was amazing and I would definetely apply to this store more, because they have perfect wines.

Beware Beware! Bought some bottles of Morgon Cote du Pye. We really enjoyed it, so we bought four more bottles July 2023. Opened up one of the bottles Feb 2024 and it turned (skunky), opened a second bottle from that order. It was equally bad. Contacted WineMadeEasy and they never responded about our concerns and a refund. All four bottles purchased were bad. Lesson learned. Nonexistent customer service. Will never buy purchase wine online again, especially from this establishment.

NY to FL no problem! I ordered a very nice $$$$ bottle of Champagne as a thank you for a client after a closing. I was a bit nervous having a bottle worth several hundreds being shipped from NY to FL. It was received within a week of my order (with Thanksgiving and 4 weekend days in between) and my client confirmed receiving with no issue. Would use WineMadeEasy.com again without hesitation, great service and communication!
