GBNice packaging, great product, slow shipping, no customer support... I ordered a brand of Proseco I like online, delivered to another state. I got the confirmation email saying all was OK. That was the last I heard from Triangle. Two weeks later, I'm wondering what's going on. I sent them an email asking for status. No response. I sent another email. Again, no response. I called them - twice. They never answer their phone. I complained to PayPal and PayPal sent them an email. They didn't respond to that. It must have gotten their attention, though. Four days later I got the shipping notification. I wasn't in any rush and I was glad to finally get my order, but a little customer service would have been much appreciated.

GBYou charge my credit card weeks before… You charge my credit card weeks before I get wine I order. Charge me when it comes in or I pick it up. If not, it’s ok I won’t order any more. I’m tired of waiting weeks or getting partial orders and waiting for a credit to my card.

GB5 stars for sure 5 stars for sure. Owner came out during Covid and personally delivered the Lillet, like a Dubonnet. Delicous too! Outstanding service from the location in Morrisville. I don't remember the date but link below would not allow me to leave blank so just put any date in.

I contacted Triangle more in hope than expectation but was delighted when Chris contacted me to say that they could help out in getting some New Year cheer to my family in Apex. Although they had a shortage of delivery drivers due to illness they managed to deliver by the promised date. Many thanks for your assistance.
