GBRip off - Don't waste your time. Rip off. They took $399 from me and promise they will get my office action sorted out. TMC got me on the Xoom call, had me log in so it don't appear like they log in to do a Job on your behalf. 2. The same information I file that got rejected is the same exact thing they refile. I asked how is this different from what I did? I was told, " This is what we do, I know what I'm doing. At this point I knew I was scammed and my money had already been taken out. 3. USPTO flat out send an email said what was file was in the timely manner however, the information provided was Invalid. FLAT OUT USELESS. My trademark is now abandon - I have to pay to refile, start the process over. Trying to understand, Ethan had an attitude discussing, like my Money felt off the tree.

GBI wish it could be zero stars I wish it could be zero stars. This place is a scam. They have zero knowledge of how to file a trademark E.J. lies to you. All the automated emails with different names all go to him. They don’t have any knowledge of law or trademark filing. They use the same irrelevant documents that have nothing to do with supporting your trademark. Do not use this service, you’ll have better success rate of doing it yourself.
