I've never been this grateful Came across Pompei recently and decided to make a purchase online with engraving for my boyfriend's 30th. ERIN! THIS WOMAN IS AMAZING! She was extremely approachable right from the start! I reached out because there was this one specific bottle I wanted from them engraved that no other place seems to be able to work on engraving for the bottle I wanted. Erin responded to me the next day informing me they had a bottle left in stock-- of course, I instantly made the purchase. I was later informed that everything was completed and ready to get shipped off to me. Pompei is amazing but one thing they did phenomenal was having Erin on their team. Her work ethic and communication skills are one of the few things I appreciate, when my package got lost -- getting shipped to another person (because of FedEx constantly replacing my label perhaps a game of theirs or just doing a crappy job handling my package), Erin was able to work with me there and was able to handle Fedex's problem in such professional way-- just in time for my boyfriend's birthday. I received my package almost a month later (thanks a lot FedEx). All in all, I value good communication and demonstration of a strong work ethic... No one can ever top Erin. Purchase from Pompei!
