I have been investing in wines for over eight years. I have been investing in wines recommended by Sure Holdings for over eight years now. I have bought and sold wines. There has never been any problems with monies not being paid to me from the sale of wines, the accuracy of fees charged and the service that is provided by James Pala and his team which is second to none. James will often call just to check in and give me an update on my portfolio. There is no pressure selling. Fees are extremely reasonable. As with any investment, a recommendation may made based on the information available today and economic conditions can change which means the investments can go up and down but with a long term view in mind, there is some sound fundamental economics behind this type of investment. I am very happy to provide this reference for Sure Holdings and I do it without any expectation of reward in return.

Dissapointed.. After many years as a customer, I am now treated like a pariah. Sure Holdings has in the past established several protocols but lately they dont seem to follow them any longer.. such as notification of payments for sales of wines. They used to require customers to fill-in a form to confirm where the funds would be sent but now they simply send the funds w/o even notifying me, the customer. And when I complain about this, I am labeled a trouble maker. The returns for the investments have also been poor but for us only to be told that we don't invest sufficiently on a regular basis. How can any sensible investor continue to pour funds into a portfolio that is not returning a decent profit. Most of the profits are eventually eaten up by the storage fees. I have also recommended friends to join and they have left basically because of the latter reason. I am also in that process of exiting by selling all my wines.
