GBDisappointment Disappointed that, on this occasion, it took 12 weeks to be paid for the sale of wine.

KRI am with Sureholding for well over 10… I am with Sureholding for well over 10 years. Initially, I've invested in first-growth Bordeaux wines only and mainly kept them in a bonded warehouse. James always strives to come up with secure investments. The newly established wine fund makes it much easier (and cheaper to manage for the individual investor, no storage fees) and practical. Lately, Whiskey was added to the fund, which yet another stream of potential growth comes our way. I know James and the team for many years and the customer service and personal phonecalls are always very friendly, supportive and helpful.

MYThis would be my first and last… This would be my first and last purchase with Sureholdings. The journey has been kinda painful to me to endured and finally it ended.

MYDissapointed.. After many years as a customer, I am now treated like a pariah. Sure Holdings has in the past established several protocols but lately they dont seem to follow them any longer.. such as notification of payments for sales of wines. They used to require customers to fill-in a form to confirm where the funds would be sent but now they simply send the funds w/o even notifying me, the customer. And when I complain about this, I am labeled a trouble maker. The returns for the investments have also been poor but for us only to be told that we don't invest sufficiently on a regular basis. How can any sensible investor continue to pour funds into a portfolio that is not returning a decent profit. Most of the profits are eventually eaten up by the storage fees. I have also recommended friends to join and they have left basically because of the latter reason. I am also in that process of exiting by selling all my wines.
