Great Customer Service! I was really excited to find Personal Wine! I love how I was able to personalize the label and send the wine all within the same place. Perfect gifts to literally personalize the experience for my bridesmaids!! After dealing with alot of stress from a big move, wedding planning, and crazy work week, there was a slight hiccup with the delivery. Ben from the customer service team was AWESOME. He helped me solve the issue ASAP and was such a pleasure to speak with over the phone. Highly recommend this company for solely because of the way their treat their customers (plus its a great gift!).
