I placed an order 2 weeks early, UPS lost the package. Capital Surveying Supplies immediately sent out another shipment so we would receive the material on time. You don't get better than that! We recently did not receive our… We recently did not receive our complete order of paint; one box was damaged during shipment and was returned to Capital Surveying Supplies. I spoke with Jose Romo and he politely and quickly got our missing box of paint reshipped to us. It arrived without issue. He explained that it was his job to make sure our issue was resolved and that he was happy to do so. Great customer service!!
