Great customer service Great customer service. The address I put on file wouldn’t process so they called me to get the correct one

Planimeter Battery I couldn't find this battery anywhere and would have had to purchase a whole new planimeter for much more money than I needed to because these people had the battery.

However However, I want one of my device couldn’t update and download the software. Topcon said you will contact me to resolve the problem.

We recently did not receive our… We recently did not receive our complete order of paint; one box was damaged during shipment and was returned to Capital Surveying Supplies. I spoke with Jose Romo and he politely and quickly got our missing box of paint reshipped to us. It arrived without issue. He explained that it was his job to make sure our issue was resolved and that he was happy to do so. Great customer service!!

mal servicio mal servicio, ordene un producto hace mas de 20 dias y no he recibido nada. ni me responden mensajes ni nada. estoy a la espera de la devolución de mi dinero via paypal. Ya que por alli realice el pago. Bad service, I ordered a product more than 20 days ago and I have not received anything. They don't answer my messages or anything. I am waiting for my money back from paypal.
