Great customer service Great customer service, had originally planned on buying two puzzle bowls but received a puzzle bowl and water bowl, when I reached out to them they sent me a second puzzle bowl and prepaid return label for the water bowl, no hassle no fuss, thank you!

Nice looking and well made but my puppy… Nice looking and well made but my puppy is able to easily dump the bowls over unfortunately.

Great Product Well built and good quality materials. Looks good with the bamboo wood and rubber top. Was easy to install 5 screws.

Quality product and fast shipping! I ordered the cobalt blue bowls, mat, and 6 inch stand. The products are of great quality and I love that I can lift the entire mat and carry it over to my kitchen to refill the bowls. The magnets are just strong enough to prevent the bowls from slipping, yet it is still easy to remove them from the mat. Better yet, my messy puppy who used to leave kibble all over the floor, hasn’t left a mess since his new dog dishes came. Shipping was very fast; I ordered these on a Saturday night and they were delivered four days later! I would definitely order from Trotpets again!

I really love the product and slow… I really love the product and slow feeder bowls have been a big help. Issues: I didn’t receive a confirmation about my order. My sets arrived separately in very different packaging. One had instructions one didn’t. I didn’t receive communication about the separate shipping. One mat arrived damaged and customer service was very responsive about resolving that.
