USGreat Selection and Prices I have been dealing with Last Bottle for about a year and a half. My experience has been excellent. I have obtained some great wines at great prices. Some of these deals are off the charts. I was a wine buyer for a chain of liquor stores for 10 years but have been out of the game for a long while. This allows me to try a lot of different wines for reasonable prices.

USLast Bottle delivers great Customer Service! I've done business with numerous online wine sites and no one, I mean no one, is as reliable as Last Bottle! I don't say this because they're perfect- no one is. They do a great job regularly but the differentiator is how they handle the tough situations, whether something is out of their control or a product they've sold has gone bad before it can even be enjoyed. Kudos to Last Bottle for having a tremendous customer service team. They understand the value of a customer and always try to do the right thing. That's all you can ask for, so keep up the good work Last Bottle!

USLast bottles hasn’t shipped after 10 days 1/16/2023 - I placed an order on last bottle wines 10 days ago. I still haven’t received a date of when I can expect the wine. It says 2 to 5 business days, the wine is only coming from Napa CA I’m in Los Angeles weather is fine so not sure why it’s taking soooo long. Their app says the wine has shipped but no date on when it will deliver. I contacted the shipping company and they only have a label and no actual package. You cannot get a hold of anyone live at the company - their phone number refers you back to their email which takes a few days to get a response from. Overall very underwhelmed so far with lack of human support and time to ship. I’ll post back again if I don’t receive any feedback soon. Very disappointing. So I eventually received my wine, 12 days after I ordered. Thanks for delivering and thank you for your response. I updated review to rank 3 stars it was still very very slow and it’s impossible to talk to anyone. Also their email response takes a few days.

USLast Bottle is amazing! Last Bottle is amazing! I'd recommend to anyone with even a passing interest in wine. I was introduced to it by a New Yorker friend – Kiwi wine enthusiast – who set me on a path to a happy life of a growing collection and some great tasting experiences. I usually stick to the more affordable stuff but everything I've had was better than what I'd have picked up in stores for the same price, and the free shipping makes it very okay to buy half a case.... I'm hoping for a few more whites to come through but on the whole its been very fun getting the emails every day and rolling the dice on some great varietals.
