Never received order - no reply to emails. I placed an order with Vintorio in late November and never received anything even though my credit card was charged. I emailed customer support more than 5 times and included their order number as well as the confirmation email. I never heard back from them. On Jan 29 I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
