Upset then Delighted I’ve always thought that the sign of great service is how mistakes and trickier issues are remedied. I ordered, from the UK, a birthday cake months before a trip to New York, after much planning and design. Literally two days before the birthday and the baker, for health reasons, messaged to say they couldn’t bake my personalised and designed cake. Bake Street, without fuss or drama organised another New York baker (Gilinda) on very short notice to deliver exactly what I wanted and designed. Superb stuff as I had zero options to rescue the situation when already in the US. Delighted with the service. It would have been easy for Bake Street to point simply to the original baker’s cancellation. They just got on and sorted it.

Bakeatreet alright, baker was awful… The whole experience to book was pretty good but there was no way to see their work. I booked somebody and the outcome was AWFUL. I asked her to make it realistic and it seemed to have even rushed through. I paid almost $300 for something that would have probably cost $100 had I used thumbtack or another service where I can have more conversation prior to booking

Great cake artist for rockin Gene Simmons cake in Long Island Jenny was absolutely amazing ! I can not recommend her enough. The price was so fair for the excellent service and quality she delivered. She was extremely responsive and took such care to make my boyfriends Gene Simmons kiss cake come out brilliantly. It looked outstanding! She answered all of my questions and put everything we discussed together perfectly in the final design. My boyfriend was thrilled and everyone at the party was so impressed. On top of everything, the cake was beyond delicious ! Moist vanilla with funfetti was fabulous!

So easy and convenient The process was super easy and just what I needed. I recently moved so I don’t know many bakeries and I needed a retirement cake for my mom when I’m not used to knowing where to get something fancy like that! I liked that bakestreet has pre populated decor ideas to pick from, and that you could select your price range. I received about 5 bids in an hour and had booked a bakery by the next day. The cake came out beautiful and delicious! I’ll absolutely use Rosy and bakestreet again.

Bakestreet provides a fantastic platform to select a cake of your choice, have plenty of designs of a particular theme, and you could change the design if you want or can simply put a picture of any cake you like, and tell the baker about fillings and flavor and you get your dream cake. We had amazing experience from start to finish. Super personable text communication with the baker, on-time pick-up, and the cake was elegant and looking fantastic!!. Everyone at my son's birthday party liked the design and the taste.
