GBTheir website says you should get your order under 1 hour Their website says you should get your order in under 1 hour. My last order was over two later almost 3 hours later I order at 12:39 pm and it arrived at 3:50 pm. They might want to change that given that it’s a false advertisement. I get that they can get busy but when you check out it tells you what time it will get delivered mine was 2 pm.

GBGreat Customer Service Company was sold out of one of the products I ordered. Customer service reached out to explain the problem and substitute the product that was out of stock.

GBJuicefly Review Juicefly Review I visited Juicefly the other day to see what the store was about. I received several car fliers and stopped by the store to see what they offered. The store is well-stocked and eclectic. The cork artwork is amazing. I walked in and was immediately greeted with warm welcomes. I was still determining the selection of wines and alcohol. I was looking for something festive for a dinner party. Ahmad was wonderful; he took the time to offer a few suggestions for wines and imported drinks. I purchased the Mohua Sauvignon Blanc for my friend's dinner party. It was a smash. Ahmad was kind, helpful, and very honest when helping me pick the perfect drink for the dinner party. We live in a time when customer service is a thing of the past; I genuinely loved the store's small mom-and-pop feel and Ahmad's great customer service, which made my beverage-buying experience successful. Thank you. I will come again.

GBI’ve been to several convenient/liquor… I’ve been to several convenient/liquor stores all around LA but none like Juicefly. I was driving around looking for a specific smoking leaf and everyone didn’t have what I needed expect for Juicefly. From my smoking needs to exotic imported snacks they have it all. The alcohol selection was pretty impressive too, even though I didn’t purchase alcohol I know where to go in the future. The cashier, I believe by the name of Ahmad was off the chain. He tended to all my needs and questions and was able to recommend me stuff without giving off a weird vibe. He treated me as a friend and not a sale. I felt valued as a customer, where most liquor stores want you to “hurry up and buy”. 6/5 stars honestly. Thank you Ahmad & Juicefly!

GBBest Customer Service!!! I recently had my order end up in another state when was supposed to be delivered that day. I contacted them and they immediately sent out another order with expedited shipping!! Now that’s the BEST Customer Service I have ever had!! This company is here for You!!
