GBGreat product, unreliable ordering process Great product. As advertised. Seems as though no one would have ever fulfilled order, however, as after a week from order date, no one seemed to know anything about it. Someone responded to my second phone message, and provided good service, but no one replied to prior emails. Good customer service, when I finally got it, but unsatisfactory ordering reliability.

GBTook money... never sent bottle Bought a bottle of port for a special occasion on May 26, 2022. Total cost was over $400. The bottle was never shipped. I emailed multiple times but didn't get a response. By mid June I emailed threatening to dispute the charges. The owner emailed me back stating the bottle would ship by the second week of July. As of July 28, 2022 the bottle has not yet shipped and the company is not responding to emails or answering the phone.

GBVery old vintage port The bottle I ordered came on time and very securely packed. The bottle itself had not been well-treated during its 58 year life and the cork was dried out and crumbly but that is not the fault to Old Liquors.
