Reliable and accurate ordering and deliveries. A reliable vendor that I have dealt with before and have nothing but good things to say about them! This season is the second time I have ordered gifts for my managers through ReserveBar, and I have nothing but good things to say about working with these folks. Their prices are reasonable, and they do what they say they'll do both accurately and timely. This year I ordered a bottle of champagne and a bottle of Irish whiskey for each manager for a Xmas gift from the company, and they showed up on time, and no errors in the order. What more can you ask for from a vendor?

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM This place took my order, waited over a month to start sending me notices they were just now processing my order. Then started showing me bogus delivery tracking notices. When I contracted them, they claimed it was being delivered the next day. For three days they claimed they could not make delivery because the business was closed. It was not a business address. When I complained again, they then gave me bogus delivery notices that said it was delivered. I disputed the charge to my credit card. Then two weeks later they emailed me and to say they see my dispute and claimed the package had been returned to the seller since it was never delivered. This place is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!

Poor customer service, untimely, careless Order filled but wrong item sent. One damaged bottle in order. Wrote email to customer service and left a voice message on/around December 14, 2023. Order issues still not rectified as of this post (Jan 18, 2024). Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Needs A More User-Friendly Process The whole process is not the easiest way to place an order. And, not very personalized customer service, to be honest. I felt like I do all the work to get the order in to you guys, rather than your employees trying to make the process easier on the consumer.

Reserve bar was great I got a very nice bottle of bourbon and was very worried that it would break on the way from Florida to Minnesota. What happened was that I was able to track the purchase and it arrived extremely well packaged and the whiskey was excellent. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the care reserve bar put in to securing my bottle. I’d have no reservations about buying another bottle from them. Top notch.
