I made 2 orders between you and your… I made 2 orders between you and your competitor. Unfortunately in the future I would choose another company over ordering from you again. The turn around time for you bottles was almost 3 times that of your competitor. Most of my order from you is still being shipped whereas within 4 days of ordering from the other company everything was already delivered.

Reliable and accurate ordering and deliveries. A reliable vendor that I have dealt with before and have nothing but good things to say about them! This season is the second time I have ordered gifts for my managers through ReserveBar, and I have nothing but good things to say about working with these folks. Their prices are reasonable, and they do what they say they'll do both accurately and timely. This year I ordered a bottle of champagne and a bottle of Irish whiskey for each manager for a Xmas gift from the company, and they showed up on time, and no errors in the order. What more can you ask for from a vendor?

Poor customer service, untimely, careless Order filled but wrong item sent. One damaged bottle in order. Wrote email to customer service and left a voice message on/around December 14, 2023. Order issues still not rectified as of this post (Jan 18, 2024). Do not waste your time or money with this company.
