No communication!! I never got a receipt or notification if things were shipped. Not sure if I was charged. Basically no communication or product.

I placed an order on 2/29 for EH Taylor… I placed an order on 2/29 for EH Taylor Single Barrel Bottle. I have had NO communication since that day saying the order was placed, or the order what shipped, I have emailed and tried to call but can't get through. Order #5636 for $125.000 for EH Taylor Single Barrel I am assuming that this order is dead and your company is a SCAM - VERY surprised to get this request for rating. IF you are legit, please reach out to me and let me know.

SCAM! Placed order, received confirmation code on the site. Checked my email for confirmation email and there was nothing. Checked my banking app and nothing. Spent 30 min in the chat app trying to figure the problem out, said it was something with the credit card gateway. Told me to replace the order (ain't no damn way I'm dumb twice), I told him not without an order cancelation email. The first email was my order number with somebody else's order info! The second email had my correct order info but I don't believe it. So now I have to contact the bank on Monday to alert them to possible scam.

Fake site cancelled my order Order got cancelled the same night that I submitted the order. No reason, just sent me an email to put my card through a third party service. Total BS.

I didn't actually purchase anything I didn't actually purchase anything, I put in my name and address and phone number and then it said thank you for your order and I never actually ordered anything. What is legitimately wrong with this website? Either it's a scam or it's run by people who have no idea how to run a business, sell products or put together a website.
