Long Fulfillment Time I would love to give this product a higher review, as the product is great and the company immediately issued credit for what was damaged in shipment. However my biggest complaint is the amount of time it took to fulfill the order. We were hoping to give out the bottles purchased as Christmas gifts, however due to when the product was finally received, we then had to make them a New Years gift instead. The product was ordered about two weeks ahead of Christmas. The owner was very apologetic and followed up on when shipment would arrive. But took out the excitement of giving it away as a Christmas gift. I do need to mention the fulfillment is handled by a third party provider and the product comes out of California. We ordered about 12 bottles for shipment.

Why buy anything else? I will admit I am biased about 10th Mountain Whiskey. As a 10th Mountain Veteran, I am proud to support the unit's rich heritage. But that is made even better by the amazing Rye Whiskey that hails from Colorado! Whether it is straight, rocks, or with a little ginger it is my go to whiskey! I love the rich flavor, the smoothness and the finish that leaves you wanting another glass... or three

Captures the Vail spirit 10th Mountain Whiskey is a rare gem that captures the Vail spirit. First, it’s name and logo hail the very roots and history of the Valley and of the WWII heroes of the 10th Mountain Division. Secondly, it proudly serves a product which is actually made in Eagle county. On top of that, the product is outstanding, the staff is excellent, the ambiance of the tasting room is warm, welcoming, casual, and sophisticated all at the same time time. The apparel and giftware are the perfect take home for visitors. All in all, 10th Mountain is uniquely “Vail” , from top, to bottoms up!

Love the product, not the process. Love the product, having sampled the bourbon while in CO on several different occasions. Was excited to see that 10th Mountain was available on line, since it is not marketed in my home state on the east coast. Ordered, paid, and waited. After a few weeks of patient anticipation, I reached out and let them know that my order was placed, my credit card was charged, and the order was slated for shipping but had not arrived. They informed me that it had been lost in shipping. Promises were made to refill the order and reship (apparently a middle-man acts as shipper.) After 3 weeks of waiting, still nothing. After numerous emails and promises, I finally received my order approximately 2 months after the initial placement. Still tasted great, but the process was arduous to say the least.

Good stuff!!! Good stuff!!! Great customer service too!!! I purchased some bourbon, and to date, it’s the best I’ve had. Very smooth! I also purchased hand sanitizer for my company in Katy, Tx. Again, the folks at 10th Mountain stepped up. Not only do they make great booze, but they stepped up to help supply my company with hand sanitizer when we couldn’t find any. Thank you!!!
