GBQuenches my thirst better than any other drink I drink a lot of water and never quite feel hydrated enough. Tiiga quenches my thirst much better than water alone or Gatorade, especially after a workout or when doing yard work outside. I love both flavors and find them very refreshing. They are just the right amount of flavor and sweetness for me and I love that I can just empty a packet into my water bottle.
