CASolid meal replacement option! Stumbled onto this while trying to find something quick but also nutritious (read the labels on your protein bars, folks) and was pleasantly surprised! If you're also someone always seemingly trying to make it out of the house before 7 and cutting it close every time, definitely something that I would recommend which you can enjoy while saving you a few minutes.
