RIP Ugly Drinks Loved the products and unique flavors like no other seltzer waters out there. Great customer service and fast delivery. Had a subscription for the Dr. Ugly flavor, and regularly purchased their limited edition flavors. I was quite saddened when at first they had to cancel my subscription because of supply chain issues, and even more saddened to see the company disappear.

Wonderful conpany to work with Support is fast an they cut out the excessive amount of “ blah blah “ if you ever need help with your order. It ships fast an gets to my house within a day or two.

Minus Inventory Issues, Fantastic Product and Support Team A few shipping issues is the only thing keeping this from a 5-star product. A lot of companies are going through a lot right now so I don't want to hold it too much against them specifically. But Ugly Drink's system could do a better job not letting you order things that are out of stock, but other than that the product is fantastic. It has completely replaced my energy drink consumption.

The product is great The product is great, the service is non existent. After receiving my last order in December, a few cans had some issues. After letting customer service know they were actually great and sent out an entire new shipment at no cost. Well, a few weeks go by and it appears the shipment was lost by their shipping co. Tracking showed “contact shipper”. Half a dozen calls and emails have gone unanswered since January. Very unfortunate but enough to make me go elsewhere.
