GBI have sent gifts from Gifts for Europe… I have sent gifts from Gifts for Europe (GFE)for a few years. We continue to send from GFE because of the quality and variety of choices and the delivery process where we can follow the packages and know when they are delivered. This year, our family was not home when a package first arrived. I received a notification and our family was able to contact the delivery service and the package was delivered on the first day they returned home. This provides true confidence in the delivery process. The quality met its test when our family commented, where did you find this, they are delicious!

AUParcel unable to be delivered and then… Parcel unable to be delivered and then was not available at nominated collection point which was 5 km from delivery address. The parcel has still not been delivered and we have not been reimbursed and communication has been poor. Very dissatisfied and do not recommend this company.
