USExpress Crabs is OUT to LUNCH. Don’t bother. Buy anywhere else. Lazy sobs. Ordered online for local pickup and used a coupon you offered me. Order accepted. Two days later, no notice to come get them. Instead refund issued. No explanation. I responded to my email asking what was wrong. No reply from Express Crabs. Couple days later. Same process. Ordered online. Order accepted. Few hours later, Refund issued. No explanation. Again I reply to the email asking for explanation. Don’t hear back from you. So I drive 45 minutes to the address listed as your pickup location: 8010 NE 66. Closed. No sign. Absolutely no way to call you. No phone on your website. No phone on Google. When I use your “contact us” link, no one at your company bothers to respond. EVER! Luckily, I see an employee in the parking lot. He explained to me that you are totally out of stone crabs and will be out of stock for all of December. Your webmaster should be fired. One size is listed as sold out. But not the mediums. Advertisement for sale. Your whole operation pissed me off!
