Excellent customer service and delicious chocolates I sent an inquiry for several boxes of chocolates that could not be shipped due to the extreme heat we're experiencing. I didn't want to go to the store only to find that I could not get what I wanted. I sent a message through their site and they responded within 10 minutes. I was already impressed! With this large order I had to go to their warehouse on the south side of Round Rock. The staff was really nice and of course I had to sample what I bought as gifts and the chocolates are delicious!

Third batch in Sept was OK but not as good as first two batches. This third batch of grapes in Sept were not as good as the first two batches in July and Aug. They were too big and not as juicy and not as flavorful. We wonder whether these came from a different place than the first two batches. And unfortunately we bought 4 cartons since it was the last time this year instead of the 3 cartons we bought the first two times.

Delicious Chocolate - Excellent Customer Service! Not just being delicious chocolate candy, the customer service was excellent! We wanted Lammes in our wedding guest's gift bags for our daughter's Austin wedding and Lauren in customer service was great! She was very knowledgeable, excellent to work with, accommodating in my request and then even held my order and shipped the delicious chocolate Longhorns with perfect arrival to they would be fresh for the wedding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! I am working with 15 vendors for this wedding and more for the gift bags -- Lammes went above and beyond! Thank you! The box arrived The box arrived, as predicted by your staff member, in time for Easter Sunday. We lived in Austin for over 50 years before moving to NYC. A holiday is all the better with your chocolate covered pralines. Thanks....a happy customer.
