Horribe Cusomer Service I got a massively incorrect order and there's no one answering phones at your customer service line (which changes it's number everyt time I look it up). No one has returned my emails either. Is this a scam company?

They Fixed My Order! I received regular cashews and wanted the Dry Dark Roasted Cashews. Not sure if the mistake was mine or Farmfresh. I signed up for a monthly subscription and I'm not sure how to inform them to get the desired product with the monthly shipments.

Well your price was the best I could… Well your price was the best I could find, though it was twice what peanuts cost me. Shipping speed was fine even though I had to get 21 pounds to make free shipping. And lastly, no sales tax hoo hoo, meaning an 8%discount for me in KANSAS I like the product and am glad it's in 1 pound bags so it will stay fresh longer. Don't know why roasted soybeans are 4$ a pound when they are so plentiful and used mostly for cattle feed and dog food. Positive experience.
