Not good products. The products came in packaging that didn’t appear fresh. The dark chocolate covered blueberries were not the best I’ve had and the dried fruit were largely colorless with too much sugar. And when I emailed the company, I received a lackluster response from someone who didn’t seem to care. I will never order from It’s Delish again.

I received the wrong thing I received the wrong thing, I ordered 5lbs of dried strawberries and got 5lbs of dried cranberries. They did send me a return label and are shipping the strawberries.

Professional It's Delish have been very accommodating. We have several US postal services returns for unknown reasons, and their response was professionally handled. quick and smooth. Mahalo!!!

I ordered some product from them I ordered some product from them. An I never got it,so I contacted them about it and was told they would give me a refund. It been over a week and still haven't gotten my money back.

Poor customer service for product that was not fresh. It was awful I ordered the Tuxedo almonds. Shipping was quick. I opened to try and they were awful. The candy shell was so hard and the almond when I finally got to it was mushy. I couldn't eat it. I decided to try another to be fair. It was exactly the the same experience. I believe they were outdated though the label was good through 26. I called customer service, the representative I spoke to told me they were sorry but could not help me. Once opened they have to be thrown away. Very disappointed with their customer care. They Should have had their item returned to check their quality if nothing else. I would not order anything ever again. I will be Eating this order as the money I spent is now Trrash. I won't buy from a company that does not stand behind their product.
