When you bite into this chocolate the first thing you taste is rich cocoa flavor, not sweet. The sweet isn't sugar, it's erythritol. No funky after taste. I'm super sensitive to artificial sweetener after taste. The texture is absolutely amazing. It's also satisfying. This is the only chocolate candy that my family consumes. Finally low carb chocolate and no corn products! This chocolate tastes amazing! The texture is smooth and silky and the flavors like orange and raspberry are really noticeable.
