Claire Hi I ordered on the 30th of June for the first time and still have not received my order. I understand there is a 2-4 day processing time but it's be 12 days and no order. I have emailed 3 times and no word back To update they cancelled my order a few days after this and refunded me no sorry or anything . Just said they didn't have my items in stock even though they did at the time of purchase terrible company and that hurts me to say as I want to support Irish grown companies avoid

I’ve bought Jellies for so many different occasions, for birthdays, Christmas, prizes for students in school & I have never had a single issue with anything! Terrible terrible company and awful… Terrible terrible company and awful products to match too. There must be a lot of friends and family leaving these good reviews because they are definitely not honest. Delivery took forever despite the quick delivery times they claim. When the product arrived, some were open but all were rock hard and tasteless. It was like they had been left opened outside for a month or something. Customer service is almost non existent and arrogant at best. Save you money and shop elsewhere. You have been warned.
