Once they arrived I noticed there had been an issue with the packaging ripping, and one of the bags of sweets being missing (assume it fell out). Contacted Sweet King by Instagram and the next day a replacement bag was sent out, and delivered two days later. Excellent customer service 👏🏼

IESo happy with all my purchases ocer the… So happy with all my purchases ocer the last few years with Sweet King, anytime I order it arrives within days, and even btr the Jellies are unreal, its like I can't stop buying them, everyone is getting them as part of there Christmase present this year, and I will continue to keep buying, anyone who hasn't purchased, go do so now...go go go

IEScrumptious selection of sweets The selection of sweets are delicious! We tried another brand recently and they were quite sickening and not more’ish! Unlike Sweetking, most delicious and it’s coming up to my favourite time of the Year! Must order more 🧑🎄🥰! Please bring to Dublin shops

IEClaire Hi I ordered on the 30th of June for the first time and still have not received my order. I understand there is a 2-4 day processing time but it's be 12 days and no order. I have emailed 3 times and no word back To update they cancelled my order a few days after this and refunded me no sorry or anything . Just said they didn't have my items in stock even though they did at the time of purchase terrible company and that hurts me to say as I want to support Irish grown companies avoid

IEWould NEVER recommend. Around Christmas I received an Instagram ad promoting sweetkingco and they were selling the prime energy drink. I made an order that night that includes a bottle of prime and some pick n mix and another small thing that was charged and confirmed and told me it would be shipped in 3 weeks as they had to wait for the drink to arrive. 3-4 weeks later I get an email simply telling me my order has been cancelled when I tried to ask why I was given no response and when I enquired via their Instagram I was left on seen and blocked. Quite poor form from a so called "Irish company" If you can't fulfil an order I would've much preferred a message saying hey listen we oversold our stock instead of being completely blanked and ignored. In summary, shady business practice, would avoid them all together. Edit: just to provide proof of my order by leaving the number : Order #140136
