Eventually got everything I ordered I wrote a bad review in December 'cause I had to wait over 4 month for my package to arrive. The response wasn't too helpful at the beginning & it always said to check back after a week. That would've been a lot of checking back. I wished for a more accurate and honest response. But they sent a free apology-package & now the ordered box arrived too. Happy End.

The service is not bad, shady business practice is The service is not bad, a bit overpriced, but it is a luxury after all. On the other hand, the practice of automatically renewing the subscription for half a year after expiry is a bit scammy, I am still on the verge with the company, hopefully customer service will be able to solve my problem/ *Update: it is completely legal and was stated on the site that they will do it, but it is still not what you would except from a company as a valued customer
